Every leadership journey begins with self-awareness. Participants receive a personal Leadership assessment based on the 9 Levels of Value Systems, providing a clear, data-driven foundation for the entire program

Leadership starts here - Define who you are as a lider

Participants leave this module with a clear sense of their leadership role and a sharpened awareness of their inner attitude and leadership identity. They are able to reflect on how they see themselves versus how others perceive them, consciously manage their emotions and resources in daily leadership situations, and set priorities, make decisions, and establish healthy boundaries with confidence

Navigating teams - Communicate with purpose

Participants learn to apply their leadership communication consciously and situationally. They recognize team dynamics and the stages of team development according to Tuckman's model, and know how to adapt their leadership style accordingly – guiding their team through every phase with clarity and confidence

Business in oractice - Think strategically

Through a hands-on management simulation, participants gain a solid understanding of key business and financial fundamentals. They learn to connect the dots between operational decisions and strategic outcomes – building the confidence to make well-reasoned, commercially sound decisions in a real organizational context

Ownership: Take the wheel – Even under pressure

This module deepens personal accountability and self-regulation. Participants learn to navigate demanding situations with intention and ownership. They sharpen their self-awareness, strengthen their decision-making abilities, and develop practical problem-solving skills that hold up when it matters most

Leading through differences - Turn diversity into team strength

Participants understand the critical role of psychological safety and actively foster a culture of openness and learning within their teams. They handle conflicts constructively and build stronger, more resilient team relationships grounded in trust, appreciation, and empathy

Legal foundations - Lead with legal confidence

Participants gain a working knowledge of the essential employment law frameworks relevant to their leadership role – including working hours, rest periods, and collective agreements. They learn to apply this knowledge reliably and with assurance in everyday leadership situations

Future-ready leadership - Lead with curiosity into what's next

Participants explore the fundamentals of innovation and change management, and learn to use digital tools and AI thoughtfully and purposefully in their leadership practice. They develop an open, learning-oriented mindset – ready to embrace change, recognize opportunity, and lead responsibly in a fast-moving world

Bootcamp: The live leadership experience - Where everything comes together

This is the program's culminating experience. Everything learned, practiced, and reflected upon across all modules converges in an immersive, live leadership bootcamp. Participants put their skills to the test in real-time challenges – feeling the impact of their growth firsthand and leaving with a renewed sense of confidence, clarity, and leadership identity

Each participant receives individual 1:1 coaching sessions – once per quarter – to reflect on their personal development, integrate the program learnings into their specific leadership context, and navigate real challenges with dedicated support
